Asus Eee Pad Transformer With Android 3.0 Honeycomb

In the event the Consumer Electronic Show at the beginning of the year, Asus announced the Eee Pad Transformer and three other tablet. Asus this week will begin marketing the first tablet PC with Android 3.0perating system. The tablet comes with a USB port and is offered with a keyboard that also doubles as a battery backup.

Asus states, before being released in various countries around the world, pre-order tablet Eee Pad Transformer starts on Friday with Asustek's home market of Taiwan. Eee Pad debuted with Google Android OS 3.0 Honeycomb, which is able to work faster and promising better resolution than previous versions.

According to Asus, the Eee Pad Transformer allows users to install the keyboard to change the tablet into a netbook. Keyboard installation also serves as an additional battery power supply for the tablet. The tablet itself has a battery life of up to eight hours and the keyboard gives more additional power up to eight hours.

Google Releases Android February Honeycomb

Google said, plans to release Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) at an event in their headquarters on 2 February. Google has sent an invitation to reporters on Friday, yesterday, along with a new logo Android operating system. New operating system expected to be present in several series of tablets, but it is not known whether Google would use it on a smartphone.

Software developer kit (SDK) Honeycomb has released Google on Wednesday, which is a sign that the applications for Honeycomb will soon emerge.
