Tablets and smartphones soon acquire Quad Core processor 3 new Nvidia Tegra chip, which provides application and graphics performance is better than dual core processors found on the tablets like the Apple iPad, Motorola Xoom and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.
Quad Core Nvidia Tegra chip 3 is announced in early November 2011 and is the first Quad Core processors for tablets and smartphones according to the Nvidia. Performance generated was much better even five times better than the previous Tegra 2 which is a kind of dual core processors.

Quad Core Nvidia Tegra chip 3 is built to the design of the ARM Cortex A9 processor, the design which is currently much in use in most tablets and smartphones. This chip will run Google's Android OS as well as future plans will support Windows 8.
